LUX CUSTOMER POLICIES

There is a 24 hour cancellation window that hair appointments must be cancelled before the appointment time. 50% of all hair services and esthetician services will be automatically charged to the card on file. No show fees are all forfeited, however services cancelled within the window where a fee is collected can be used towards the same service with the same provider within 7 days.

All Medi/Nurse Practitioner or RN services must follow a 48 hour cancellation policy. All services require a card on file to be booked and by booking you agree that if appointments are not cancelled outside of the 48 hour window, the card on file will be automatically charged $150. Face/Body Consultations, will be charged a deposit of $50, upon booking, which can be applied towards medi services within 7 days.

If services cancelled within the window that are charged the appropriate fee are rescheduled and received within 7 days, the amount charged can be applied to the same service with the same provider. All no-shows are automatic 100% forfeiture.

We require a credit card on file to schedule any appointment. The card will be stored and charged only if necessary in accordance with our customer policies.

All Series, Packages, Memberships or Gift Cards purchased are non refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. If a series is purchased and cannot be redeemed by the recipient for any reason, funds may be applied to a different service within the same department. Holiday Gift Card and Promo cards purchased during sale can not be used prior to beginning of the next year.

Any No-Show for a Series or Package appointment will result in forfeiture of that series appointment/allocation, therefore decreasing the series/package by that appointment in the remaining balance. No cancellation policy fee will be applied to a a missed series appointment, only forfeiture of that allocated appointment.

Memberships are 12 month contracts and not cancel-able prior to twelve months for any reason. Memberships are held with a card on file that is automatically charged on the same day of the month the membership became active. Lux Lab Inc has the right to take any and all appropriate action to collect remaining membership dues, the difference in discounted vs retail pricing from services the client received and the value of any complimentary services received as being a member. The client waives the right to charge-back any portion of any series or membership services purchased at Lux Lab Inc.

Any Retail purchased is 100% refundable within 10 days if unopened, unused and not damaged. If products are opened and/or used, they are considered non-refundable.

Any gift or donation that is “won” is not returnable for a cash value.

Any client that is dissatisfied with any hair service can come in for a complimentary REDO at no-charge within 7 days and will be placed with the original stylist or another stylist, based on preference and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We hold the right to cancel appointments, although we try to limit these circumstances.

Lux Lab, Inc is not responsible for personal injury or any item damaged or lost while at Lux Lab hair and body or on the premise surrounding, including walkways, parking lots, street or street parking.
